Pemahaman Tentang Bid'ah (Inovasi)

Bid'ah (bahasa Arab: بدعة) tidak dijalankan sesuai dengan contoh yang telah ditetapkan, termasuk menambah atau mengurangi ketentuan. Secara perbahasaan, istilah ini memiliki arti dari inovasi, pembaruan, atau doktrin palsu.

Di sini ada beberapa versi gagasan terhadap bid'ah;

Dalam Islam

Bid'ah dalam Islam berarti peribadahan yang tidak pernah memerintahkan atau dicontohkan oleh Rasulullah Salallahu Alaihi Wassalam, atau dikerjakan oleh para sahabat, tetapi sebagian besar dilakukan oleh umat-Nya. Hukum inovasi menurut pendapat ulama salaf adalah haram, berdasarkan hadits Nabi. Perbuatan tersebut yang bersifat baru atau menambah pekerjaan. Hubungannya dengan penyembahan dalam arti sempit (menyembah mahdhah), yang merupakan penyembahan dengan syarat-syarat tertentu dan rukunnya.

Etimologi

Bid'ah secara etimologi adalah hal-hal baru yang disisipkan pada hukum agama syariat, setelah ia telah sempurna. Ibnu sebagai-Sikkit berpendapat bid'ah itu adalah sesuatu yang baru. Sementara para pelaku istilah bidaah (mubtadi ') menurut adat terkesan tercela.

Sedangkan Abu Adnan berpendapat bahwa inovasi adalah melakukan suatu perbuatan yang tidak dilakukan oleh hampir siapa saja, kata-kata Adnan: si fulan komit bid'ah dalam hal ini, yang ia mendahului melakukannya sebelum orang lain.

Penggunaan perkataan bid'ah yang ada pada Firman Allah ta'ala: 

بَدِيعُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ

"(He is God) pencipta langit dan bumi." (Al-Baqarah 2:117)

Firman Allah ta'ala: 

قُلْ مَا كُنتُ بِدْعاً مِّنْ الرُّسُلِ

"Berkata (o Muhammad)," saya bukanlah yang pertama di antara para rasul, para rasul. "(Al-': 46: 9)

Dikatakan bid'ah karena Allah menciptakan makhluk, sebagai contoh sebelumnya tidak dan kemudian untuk kedua inovasi adalah sebelum Dia mengutus Muhammad Salallahu Alaihi Wassalam telah ada Rasul sebelumnya.

Kata اِبتدع فلانٌ بدعة

Artinya: dia telah mempelopori cara yang belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya yang mendahuluinya.

Kata هذاأمرٌبديعٌ

Artinya: sesuatu yang dianggap baik yang belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya yang menyerupai sebelumnya. Makna bahasa seperti rasa inovasi yang diambil oleh para sarjana.

Syari'at bid'ah

Definisi inovasi secara lebih rinci digambarkan oleh Al-Baihaqi, dibagi menjadi 2 bagian, yaitu:

  1. Bid'ah  (dholalah) adalah hal yang baru yang bertentangan dengan Al Qur'an, sunnah, dan pendapat yang dibuat oleh sahabat dalam perjanjian (konsensus),
  2. Bid'ah baik (hasanah) adalah perkaras baru yang tidak bertentangan dengan Al Qur'an, sunnah, dan pendapat seorang sahabat.
Pendapat kedua bid'ah adalah melanggar hukum dan jahat (dholalah). Kelompok ini menganggap semua hal baru dalam syariat dhalalah inovasi. Sementara kasus baru dalam hal hukum agama bukan sebagai "berarti". Hukum berarti itu tergantung pada tujuan. Yang berarti ke arah Masjidil haram adalah haram, berarti terhadap wajib juga menjadi wajib. 

Bukti-bukti yang mereka gunakan adalah:
"Hari ini telah Kusempurnakan bagimu agamamu, dan saya memiliki sumber cukup hak saya, dan saya memiliki kesenangan Islam itu begitu agama untuk Anda. (Al-Maidah 5:3) "

Jadi membuat cara-cara baru untuk membuat orang lain mengikuti disebut bid'ah (dalam hal bahasa).Tentunya sesuatu yang sebelumnya tidak melakukan perna juga disebut inovasi (dalam hal bahasa).

Selain itu masalah bertumpu pada urusan ibadah (agama) tanpa adanya bukti Islam (Al-Qur'an dan As-sunah) dan tidak ada contoh ini (kasus tidak ditemukan) pada zaman Muhammad maka ini adalah arti sebenarnya dari bid'ah.

Secara umum, inovasi berarti terhadap ajaran agama (yang menciptakan sesuatu yang baru dan istirahat masalah agama ibadah) yang asli.

Para ulama telah menyediakan beberapa definisi bid'ah. Definisi ini memiliki lafadlnya-lafadl berbeda tetapi benar-benar mengandung arti yang sama.

Syaikhul Islam Ibnu Taimiyah, mengatakan bahwa inovasi dalam agama adalah sesuatu yang dianggap wajib atau sunnah tapi bahwa Allah dan Rasul-Nya tidak diatur. Untuk sesuatu yang ia mengatakan hal-hal baik wajib dan sunnah maka harus dikenal oleh dalil syariat.

Imam Syathibi, sebuah inovasi dalam agama adalah salah satu cara di mana agama diciptakan sama yurisprudensi Eropa dengan upaya untuk melakukan dalam penyembahan kepada Allah.

Ibnu Rajab, bidaah hal mengada-adakan yang tidak ada asalnya dalam agama. Jika seperti baru penting tidak Shari'a adalah tidak bidah, walaupun bisa dikatakan Bah dalam bahasa Inggris

Imam Suyuthi, katanya, adalah sebuah ekspresi dari tindakan bidah yang menentang undang-undang dengan sengketa atau tindakan yang menyebabkan add dan mengurangi ajaran hukum Islam.

Memperhatikan definisi itu akan muncul sebagai tanda-tanda dasar pembatasan bidaah dalam hukum agama yang dapat disajikan dalam beberapa poin di bawah ini:


Bid'ah yang memegang sesuatu yang baru dalam agama. Untuk memegang hal bukanlah agama murni Eropa untuk urusan Eropa untuk terealisasinya seperti biasa terus industri dan alat-alat hanya untuk mendapatkan keuntungan dari manusia yang duniawi tidak dipanggil bid'ah (inovasi).

Bid'ah yang ada dasar, menunjukkan sama. Seperti apa yang ditampilkan oleh norma-norma undang-undang tidak adalah ajaran sesat, kokpit tidak ditentukan oleh nash khususnya. Sebagai contoh adalah apa yang dapat kita lihat sekarang: orang-orang yang membuat peralatan perang pesawat terbang, roket, tank atau Selain itu berarti perang Eropa modern untuk mempersiapkan untuk berperang melawan orang-orang kafir dan untuk membela kaum muslimin maka perbuatannya bukanlah ajaran sesat. Pada waktu Shari'a tidak memberikan spesifik yang sama dan Messenger tidak nash digunakan senjata ketika berperang melawan orang-orang kafir. Tetapi membuat instrumen tersebut memasuki Jahweh Firman taala, keumuman dan mempersiapkan dengan kalian kepada mereka (musuh) kekuasaan itu sanggupi Anda. Demikian pula karya lain. Kemudian setiap hal yang memiliki asal-usul di bagian sariat syariat tidak bid'ah.
Bidat menyedihkan semua (Al hadits ' Irbadh bin Sariyah; Dishahihkan oleh Al-Albani dalam Al-Shahiihah, no. 937 dan al-Irwa No. 2455)

Bidah yang kadang-kadang Tambahkan dan kadang-kadang mengurangi Shari'a sebagai Suyuthi berkata selain pembatasan diperlukan, yaitu Apakah motivasi adalah penambahan agama itu. Seperti untuk Kapan dorongannya bukanlah agama, selain dari penambahan bidaah. Sebagai contoh, meninggalkan masalah tanpa wajib memperolehnya, maka tindakan tindakan tidak bermoral tidak ajaran sesat. Demikian juga meninggalkan sunnah tidak dipanggil bid'ah (inovasi). Isu ini akan dijelaskan nanti dengan beberapa contoh ketika mendiskusikan Divisi bidaah.

The Rights And Obligations Incumbent Upon Muslims


A muslim who has convinced syahadat means mengikrarkan that the Prophet Muhammad PEACE BE UPON HIM so of course he has to learn to wajibannya to the Prophet PEACE BE UPON HIM. Obligation-refused inter etc:

Believe in Him
The faith of the Apostles is one of the five pillars of faith that must be believed by all Muslims. Allah Swt says:
So believe in Allah and his Messenger, the Prophet who 3886 who believe in Allah and sentences him (his books) and follow him, so that you may be rightly guided. (QS. 7: 158)
Including the faith to the Messenger (PBUH). is allowed with no doubt that brochures and kenabiannya is haq from God Almighty, and practise all claim. Allow all the teachings which he carried, and is confident that all news from Allah that he convey was true. Allah SWT says:
O believers, must still be believe in Allah and his Messenger and the book which Allah revealed to his Messenger and the book which revealed previously. (QS. an-Nisaa: 136)

Love Messenger
He said,
"Do not believe one of you guys until I'm more he loved one of bapaknya, his son and the rest of mankind." (HR. al-Bukhari).
When hearing this, Umar ra. said to the Prophet PEACE BE UPON HIM. "So you more I love compared everything except myself." Then The Prophet (Pbuh). said, "does not, therefore, for the sake of the song of my soul was in Dzat hands him, so I'm more you love from the man himself." Then Umar said, "for God's sake you now more I love than myself." Then The Prophet (Pbuh). replied, "now hai Umar, (has perfect thy faith)."

A Compliant
Obey the Messenger. is one of the obligations incumbent upon a muslim, as mentioned in the Qur'an, which meant, "o believers, ta'atlah Allah and the ta'atlah to the Messenger and do merusakkan (reward) amal-amalmu" (QS. 47: 33).
In verse the others mentioned:
"Hi people who believe, obey Allah and his Messenger, and do not turn away from him, while you listen to (perintah-perintahnya). (QS. 8: 20)
The Prophet (Pbuh). also has said, that obey, he is the reason someone in heaven. The person who obeys the Prophet (PBUH). in fact obey God.

Ittiba ' (Follow)
Allah SWT. notify that ittiba ' to the Messenger (PBUH). is a proof of love a muslim to Allah SWT. He said, that meant, "say," If you (really) love Allah, follow me, niscaya God loves and forgive you your sins ". Allah is most forgiving, most merciful. (QS. 3: 31)

Valid Hadiths ' Attitude
God ordered the Prophet Muhammad. for the imitation of the prophets and messengers before him. And we are commanded to imitation of the Prophet., sebagimana the word of God Almighty.
"Indeed there has been a (self) on Messenger it's a good role model for suri (IE) for people who expect (Grace) (arrival) of God and the day of judgement and he many call God." (Qur'an 33: 21)

Honour and respect
A must for every muslim to glorify and honor the Prophet. According to its position, with footnote not lifting up to degrees of divinity. So he is glorifying everything associated with him, such as his name, Hadith, sunnah, Sharia, family and companions.
Including glorify the Prophet. It is not presumptuous of him and does not harden the vote before him. Allah SWT. said:

"Hi folks who believe, you shall not preempt God and his Messenger and with a committed to God. Verily Allah is Hearing more Omniscient. O believers, do not elevate your voice more than the voice of the Prophet, and do not say it aloud as her hard (voice) where most of you against most of the other, so as not to remove the reward the practice of you whereas you do not realize. (QS. al-Hujurat: 1-2).
In the above verse, Allah SWT. enjoins us to harden the sound before the Prophet. even have to devalue voice in talk, with full manners, soft, respect and veneration. People who are not attention to it is feared he would accept it will be autumn without him even realizing. This is because the Prophet SAW. is other than another, unlike the often human.
The scholars said that the voice on the side of harden the tomb of Prophet Muhammad. is hated, as it was banned when he is still alive, so he Honorable when it was life and death.

Miss The Apostle's Advice
Advice in a language that is willed benevolence, so that when a muslim advised his brother means he wants his brother to be good.
As for the advice of the Prophet. When he's still alive is to exert every effort to be obedient to him, help him, and help you spend your wealth if purchasing.

Holy right To Create Community Association


Union of the people (wihdatul-ummah) is not a new theme or study raised in different assemblies, media or information science although the wihdah methods assessed and uslub delivery to the public varies between one group/CBOs with the other. Unfortunately, this appeal about this theme not many attract the sympathy of the inidvidu and many muslim groups who are members of both organizations or particular ta'lim Assembly. A muslim who still has concern for religion and the triumph of islam, will surely continue to be full of question marks about the factors behind the weak people with all its components in grabbing banners of unity.

Keep in mind that the desired unity of Islam is not the unifying step to equate the entire opinion and ijtihad law or fiqh, certain contemporary problems because this is something that is almost impossible to be realized. But it is a step in bringing together sentences and steps above a Saheeh hadeeth ' aqeedah Foundation, in order to uphold the word of Allah and achieved the triumph of the people (tamkiinul-ummah). Allah ta'ala says:

"And you hold them to string (religion) of Allah, and do not get divorced lost..." (QS Ali Imran: 103).

Problems and difficulties faced by the people of this very large and diverse, which requires the presence of the views and arguments which many did in finding the solution to this need, the seriousness and the scholars ijtihad in to handle it. Therefore, it is common, if in this case there is ikhtilaf/perbedaan opinion, however, is a big mistake if we are hostile toward establishment and do not appreciate people who menyelisihi us even though their arguments also have the strong views and propositions. A real example in this regard is the issue of whether or not individuals reportedly voted in elections to be held in a couple of months ago. We should be mature and mutually respect each argument in a problem like this, without having to break the glass Union initially has indeed been cracked.

Then what is the relationship between the heart and the unity of the people??

If observing a variety of studies of this ummah-wihdatul, you will find that many of them have absolutely nothing to connect him with the practice of the heart.In fact, the nature of the Union and the wihdah is wihdatul-qulub ibnil (Union of the heart), not a Union born because of how much individual Muslims joined in a group or a particular practice but their hearts are not mutual synergies so that vulnerable berpecahbelah. This Hadith shows that it is possible to moor and straighten command is not merely, but more of that great wisdom have to maintain the existence of the Union.

The Criteria Of A Heart That Is Easy To Build Unity Of Ummah

Of course, not all hearts could be easily invited to unite, as may have been infected by the disease a lot of good in the form of envy, jealousy, pride, feel the truest self, etc. But the kind of heart that is easy to build unity and charity jama'i are:

1. a heart that understands the true aqeedah.

Many Muslims who do not understand the correct aqeedah, either from among the laity, erudite maupaun. Not even a little bit of those affected with a lot of practice/belief shirk, Shia, or heretical thoughts such as liberalism, pluralism, sekulerisme. Surely some of them are not only reluctant to unify Islamic sentence, but even openly opposed to any Union agenda people.

The solution of this phenomenon is the sustained movement of da'wah and the tashfiyah (purification of aqidah) is widely and with the correct method more wisdom. Da'wah that not only monotonous souls imprisoned between walls and mihrab of the mosque, or only limited Assembly ta'lim and bench learning, but that could be eclipsed by the propagation and spread of all walks of life either through intensive propagation, social, education, health etc for Da'wah activities such a well-organized and very easily accepted society, then the Islamic aqeedah and understanding them can be straightened, her kalimatpun unity can be enforced.

2. sacred heart of various liver diseases.

This second liver, similar to the first point, but he would lead the worship qalbiyah. Or often referred to as al-qalbussalim (the healthy heart), namely of the various diseases of the liver.

Liver disease is one of the main barrier of unification of sentences between the experts of the sunnah this time. Among the factors of proliferation of this disease is the lack of understanding of science or aqidah, worship and tarbiyah dzatiyah (self coaching). Among the wrong method and fatal are initiated the planting of aqeedah with the introduction of firqah (perverse sect) and the method of debate. We are sure, that this method can facilitate the understanding of the faith, but not denied, likely will give birth to a cadre of keen debate, hard hearted and convicting easily. If three of these traits accumulated in the liver of a slave, it is virtually impossible to be able to participate in the caravan of the Union faithful.

The kind of heart that healthier people would be a milestone and have a major role in the Union of the people with sincerity, wisdom, kelapangdadaan, inshof, husnudzon, and his sacrifice. If all Muslims have a healthy liver, or all Poles can purify the hearts of da'wah, undoubtedly the unification of this sentence will be achieved quickly and easily. But the dispute's heart (read; illness care) that ruin it, ultimately disastrous Division and weakness that alerted Allahpun to occur:

"... and ye shall Islâmic Calendar (clashed), which causes you to be fearful and lost strength, and be patient. Verily Allah is with those who patiently (QS. Al Anfal: 46)

This verse does not only contain the value of unity, but also made that people unite is patient and lapangdada, then how can people who do not have the nature of patient, lapangdada (read; diseased liver) can participate in uniting Islamic sentence?!

The main solution from liver disease is dzatiyah tarbiyah (self coaching) and tazkiyatunnafs (purification of the heart) with a lot of worship, remembrance, and steer things sacred. Her heart be healthy: "know that there is a WAD of meat remains on, if it is good then let all over his body, if it is bad then the whole buruklah his body, know it was heart" (narrated by Bukhari and Muslim).

With two types of hearts here, the companions and the taabi'een, and grabbed the power of faith, confirmed his Union, achieve success and make the trepidation of their enemies. Finally, let us organize your aqeedah with the heart, and tazkiyatunnafs, because only with the two hearts of this could synergize and unite the step and the mission. Allahu he used.

10 the Obligation For Muslim Women



Every Muslim woman should realize that what God enjoined upon himself a task or practices of worship and obedience in islam, everything is a form of privilege which God intended it, so there was no reason for her to forsake all the obligations which he retained.

Among the obligations a Moslem woman should be done and taken care of is;

1. keep praying 5 times and melakanakannya the beginning of time. This prayer should not be neglected as it is second in the tenets of islam, whoever left it so he has been knocking down the pillars of religion itself. In addition to the obligatory prayers a woman is also recommended for praying-praying the prayer for example circumcision circumcision tahajud prayer, of these, the witr prayer, praying Duha prayer, ablutions and prayers-prayer circumcision among others.

2. carry out the tenets of Islamic tenets such as fasting, zakat and Hajj if able. Three pillars is a very important practice and many of God's hand, whether it is good for both men and women. Especially great virtues of Hajj on behalf of a woman who could carry it out, as in the Hadith that Aisha Radi ' put one shallallahu'alaihi peace and blessings of Allaah asked: O Messenger of Allaah, whether there is a jihad for women?, he replied: "Yes, they have a no jihad war inside IE: Hajj and umrah" (narrated by Ahmad and Ibn Maajah).

يا معشر النساء تصدقن فإني أريتكن أكثر أهل النار

3. for those who are married, are required for him to obey and glorify the husband, served him with sincerity, and do not speak harshly or sin against him. Because as we know that one of the reasons why the womenfolk will become proficient in most is the existence of hell is multiplied against the husband, as in the Hadith the Messenger of shallallahu'alaihi wasallam said:

أريت النار فإذا أكثر أهلها النساء، يكفرن» قيل: أيكفرن بالله؟ قال: " يكفرن العشير، ويكفرن الإحسان، لو أحسنت إلى إحداهن الدهر، ثم رأت منك شيئا، قالت: ما رأيت منك خيرا قط

"Show me about heaven, turns out to be most occupants were women, because of their Kufr," then the prophet asked: is it because of their Kufr against God?, he said: "Their Kufr against their husbands, their kindness towards Kufr (their husbands), even if you (the husband) do good to him during his life, and then she saw you do just one mistake and he spake; I never saw kebaikanmu ". (Narrated By Bukhari, Muslim).

As for the woman who kept her husband and he is the most important women, in a Hadith of the Prophet shallallahu'alaihi peace and blessings asked: O Messenger of Allaah, what is the most important women?, he replied: "that is a woman that makes her happy when looking at him, her husband who obey him, and when not to do anything against her and her husband's possessions except for the celebrated". (Narrated By Judges).

4. Maintain the honor and the glory of the self. Among the forms of honoring yourself is;

1. Avoid adultery and things that could lead to them such as dating and free association. Allah ta'ala says;

وَلَا تَقۡرَبُواْ ٱلزِّنَىٰٓۖ

Meaning: "and you shall not approach the adultery" (Al-Isra '; 32).

2. wear a hijab and Awrah and shut down legitimate does not show it to anyone who is not a mahram. As for the conditions of closing the Awrah is;

a. Clothing should be loose and slightly thick and impurity are not tight and thin so as not to form a curve-curve of the body.

b. cover the entire nakedness without exception.

c. do not resemble men's clothes or a kaafir women.

d. Colour and fragrant clothes are not too conspicuous.

Close the Awrah is the obligation that has been much neglected the Muslim women, whereas in the Quran Allah has ordered him as his word;

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِيُّ قُل لِّأَزۡوَٰجِكَ وَبَنَاتِكَ وَنِسَآءِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ يُدۡنِينَ عَلَيۡهِنَّ مِن جَلَٰبِيبِهِنَّۚ ذَٰلِكَ أَدۡنَىٰٓ أَن يُعۡرَفۡنَ فَلَا يُؤۡذَيۡ

Understanding Islam


According to the Qur'an, Islam is a religion that was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad as the last Prophet and Apostles to become whole human life guidelines until the end of time.

Understanding Islam by peaceful means, congratulations harfiyah, Submissive, and clean. The word Islam is made up of three letters, namely S (sin), L (lam), M (mim) which means that basis "Congratulations" (Salama)
.
Understanding Islam according to Al-Quran stated in a number of verses.

1. Islam is derived from the word "as-silmu" meaning peace
"and if they incline unto peace, then condonglah him and bertawakkallah to God. Indeed, it is he who Doth hear knowing. " (QS. Al-Anfal: 61).

2. Islam is derived from the word "verb aslama" which means surrender (of abandonment).
"And who is the better religion than in people who sincerely submits himself to God, and are working on the good, and he follow the religion of Abraham which is straight? and God took Abraham to be his "(QS. An-Nisa: 125).

3. Islam is derived from the word "istalma mustaslima" which means total surrender to God.
"Even those that day surrender yourself" (QS. Ash-Shaffat: 26)

4. Islam is derived from the word "saliimun salim" which means clean and Holy.
"Unless the people to God with a clean heart" (QS. Ash-including the ' fig: 89)

5. Islam is derived from the word "salamun" which means peace.
"Ibrahim Said:" may the Salvation you assigned, I will pardon thee unto my Lord. Indeed, he was so good to me "(QS. Maryam: 47).

Understanding Islam according to the Koran is enough to contain the message that Muslims should be peace-loving, submits to Allah SWT, provision of clean and Holy deeds of men, as well as guaranteed world-hereafter execute Islamic treatises.
